Drive-in Passes

ONE PASS IS REQUIRED PER VEHICLE PER BUILDING ENTRY. Present the QR code when you drive up to the door in order to be scanned into the building.

Exhibitor Parking Passes

Bring your QR code(s) to the I-X Center Customer Service window to redeem for your parking pass. PARKING PASSES MUST BE PURCHASED AND PICKED UP AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT OPENS. PARKING PASSES ARE NOT SOLD AND/OR DISTRIBUTED ONCE THE SHOW OPENS.

- Event parking permits provide in and out privileges, easily identify "Exhibitor Vehicles", and provide admittance to designated exhibitor parking areas.

Drive In Pass

ONE PASS IS REQUIRED PER VEHICLE EACH TIME THE VEHICLE ENTERS THE BUILDING.

Drive-In Procedure:
- Report to assigned door (Door 35 or Door 4) at your scheduled time.
- Present QR code for scanning.
- I-X personnel will direct your vehicle to the closest available unloading spot.
- Unloading next to your booth is not guaranteed.
- Unload vehicle independently.
- Immediately remove vehicle after unloading.
- Move-Out: Drive-ins will start no less than one hour after show close to allow for hand carry and building prep.

Drive-In Pass Info:
- Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Passes do not include loading/unloading labor. Contact your event services contractor for labor.

Display Vehicle Pass

Vehicles displayed in the building require a Display Vehicle Pass & Compliance Card. This includes motorized equipment operating under its own power.

Display vehicle pass includes: (1) Drive In pass for Move-In, (1) Fire Code compliance summary and (1) Drive In pass for Move-out

All Display vehicles must comply with the following:
- A maximum of 1/8th tank of gas or two gallons whichever is less may remain in the tank,
- The gas tank must be sealed, locked or taped shut
- Battery cables must be disconnected and taped.
- A Compliance Card must be obtained from the I-X Service Center & displayed on vehicle
- Display vehicles are subject to inspection by the Cleveland Fire Marshal.
